Downtown Fayette is a nonprofit organization that promotes economic growth for the city of Fayette, Missouri. Following the city’s bicentennial, leaders sought to unify businesses and events, along with students and faculty from Central Methodist University, around a single, distinctive brand. Campaignium responded with a gold ADDY-winning logo design and fresh branding assets that balance the city’s rich history with its promise of a vibrant future. Our team traveled to Fayette to gather ideas directly from community leaders and business owners. The result was a branding guide reflecting a vibrant, welcoming, friendly and intentional message.
Addy-Worthy Recognition
Campaignium earned gold ADDY honors in recognition of our new logo design for Downtown Fayette. Featuring simplified images of the city’s iconic architecture, our instantly recognizable design inspires community pride with its familiar downtown facade, residential facade and local courthouse. Our design team paired the logo with a color palette that emanates a modern, yet warm brand personality.

Inviting Neighbors to Gather
Downtown Fayette needed a tagline that positions the area as a special place where residents, students and visitors gather for shared experiences and special memories. Campaignium developed “Where Neighbors Gather” to reflect this welcoming atmosphere and friendly, intentional spirit. The phrase also evokes images of popular traditions like the Live Music Street Dance and the annual Christmas Lights.

Engaging the Community
Campaignium crafted an original brochure to explain the brand refresh for the downtown business community. The brochure highlights the role of the Downtown Fayette organization in revitalizing and positioning the city for future growth. It also introduces the tagline “Where Neighbors Gather” and invites businesses to use the branding elements to engage their own customers.
Our team created postcards, coasters, light pole banners and stickers to draw visitors in and give them a first-hand impression of Fayette’s authentic and welcoming spirit.
